The Art of Grieving with Urban Grace will start on Thursday, September 30th at 7:00 P.M. Grief shows up in subtle ways in our lives, not only when we lose a loved one, but due to the loss of our health, our community, or anything in our lives that provided stability. Our Congregational Care Assistant, Elisa Hays, is currently in seminary and just completed a class devoted to guiding people through the process of grief in ways that lead to personal healing and spiritual growth. Elisa designed this group to provide space for artful, soulful, research-backed ways of processing grief and living with well-being. The Art of Grieving with Urban Grace plans to meet in-person six times, every other week. To join Elisa for this group, register by emailing [email protected]
Class will meet in-person Thursday, September 30, October 14, October 28, November 11 and two additional TBD dates.
