This meditative experience combines the spiritual reflection of Lent with the healing vibrations of sound using instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and guitar to create frequencies that promote deep relaxation and introspection – participants are invited into a subliminal state. The session provides a space for prayer, contemplation, and renewal, helping participants connect with Creator, release burdens, and prepare spiritually for Easter.

What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, wear comfy clothing. Participants are welcome to bring blankets, pillows & eye masks for enhanced comfort!
